This project started in October of 2012 under a very tight schedule. The residence hall must be open for new students by the beginning of the 2013 school year, so getting the structural steel erected and the floors poured were of the upmost importance. MAS worked very closely with Daniel O'Connell's sons to create an aggressive schedule to complete the work within the time frame given.
